Sudbury Town darts team romped to a 8-0 home victory against Woodbridge Woodpeckers in the Suffolk Super League.

Jason Stalker (19.78 ave) took the first game 3-0 against David Mayhew, before Toby Edwards (18.25 ave) had a 3-2 win over Nick Marsh.

Ian Randles (21.76 ave) saw off Jamie Collins 3-1, before John Attwater (23.05 ave) had the result of the night, a 3-2 win over Stephen Burton.

Sudbury went 6-0 ahead as first Steve Carrett (26.37 ave) beat Duane Nessling 3-0, before Mark Theobald (19.78 ave) was a 3-0 winner over Justin Barker.

A man of the match performance from Brett Claydon (27.83 ave), including a 160 checkout, saw Sudbury go 7-0 ahead as he beat Eddie Marsh 3-0.

The full house was completed when Martin Totman (20.31 ave) beat Justin Wythe 3-0.

n Friday Charity Darts League leaders, Northcroft A, remain unbeaten following a 9-2 win against Snooker Club B, helped by a 180 from Jamie Pithouse.

Cricket Club are snapping at their heels, winning 7-4 at Clare Club, John Lines winning all his games.

A last-game win by John Bruce gave Institute B a 6-5 victory at King’s Head A. Acton Crown kept up their good run, winning 8-3 at home to the Five Bells.

Chris Penfold played well for LMWMC B as they won 8-3 at the Brook. Snooker Club a had an 8-3 win against bottom club Northcroft B. Peter Gordon and Barry Barnbrook won all their games for Institute A as they beat King’s Head B 8-3.
