The Cricket Club are the new Sudbury Charity Darts League leaders following a 10-1 win away at King’s Head B, helped by Bill Byford for the visitors.

A last-game win by Sean Davis gave Northcroft a 6-5 win at LMWMC B, where Terry Sandford scored a 
180.

Phil Green and Mick Sage won all their matches for King’s Head A, to help them to a 9-2 victory at the Institute Club.

The Wooden Spooners’ good run ended as they went down 7-4 to Cornard Five Bells, whose N McLaughlin played well.

In a close match, the Con Club just got the better of the Waggon & Horses, 6-5.

Trevor Beal played good darts for the Snooker Club a their 7-4 win at Cavendish Five Bells.

Newcomers Acton Crown were 4-1 down to Clare Club but rallied.

C Enever made it 5-5, only for Nick Wright to give it to Clare Club, 6-5.
