Friday Charity Darts League leaders, Northcroft A, lost for the second successive week.

This time they went down to a 6-5 loss at the Five Bells, for who Neil Andrews played well.

A 180 from Mick Sage helped King’s Head to just edge out Clare Club, 6-5 in a close contest

The highest scorers of the week were the Cricket Club, who beat bottom club The Brook, 9-2.

A last-game win by Colin Blowers helped Institute A gain a 6-5 victory against LMWMC A.

In a midtable clash, LMWMC B edged out Institute B, 7-4 while Acton crown kept up their good run with a 7-4 victory against Snooker B.

A vital win by Ian Johnson gave King’s Head B a 6-5 win over Northcroft B.

The Black Lion were 4-1 down at Snooker A, but came back to level the scores before C Lane secued a 6-5 win for the Cuemen.
