There were personal best times all round for the three Sudbury Joggers who made the trip to London on Sunday to race in the Run to The Beat half marathon.

Ben Cuthbert was the first Jogger home in a time of one hour 29 minutes and 32 seconds.

The other two Joggers got held up for around seven minutes due to the large volume of runners on the course, but still managed very good times.

Lisa Dalton stopped the clock at 2.22.26 and Kat Ross finished in 2.32.00.

On the same day, four Joggers made the shorter trip to Langham to compete in the 10k event.

Jim Comber continued his good form after finishing sixth in the Mersea Island five mile race two weeks earlier by being the first Jogger home in 41 minutes 11 seconds, good enough for 50th place.

He was followed by Jem Smith (41.12, 51st), Adam Mumford (42.43, 68th) and Graham Williams (46.58, 122nd).
