Halstead and District Motorcycle Club motocross riders competed in the 2015 RHL Weston Beach Race held on the beach and sand dunes at Weston-Super-Mare.

The best result came from Bradley Howlett, who completed 18 laps to finish 49th.

Brendon Mayers rode 17 laps (53rd), Cameron Harris 16 laps (79th), Jordan Cutting also 16 (88th) and Brad Tomlin 13 laps (205th).

Sam Mitchell (son of the club’s vice-president), riding for Woodbridge & DMCC, covered 65 laps.

This weekend, the Halstead club will be holding a two-man enduro at Wakes Colne - this is not a spectator event.

The club has previously held an enduro in conjunction with Sudbury Motorcycle Club, but this is the first to be held solely by Halstead.
