Former Sudbury resident Chris Frost will compete for Great Britain in tomorrow’s ITU World Paratriathlon Championships in Hyde Park, London.

The 42-year-old, now living in Tunbridge Wells, is a British champion who is ranked 18th in the world.

The PruHealth World Triathlon Grand Final begins at 2pm as part of five days of free-to-view sport in last summer’s Olympic triathlon venue.

Frost will be hoping to prove his credentials in the build-up to Rio de Janiero’s Paralympic Games in 2016, with the sport now included in the Paralympic programme.
