Halstead and District Motor Cycle Club held the annual Richard Fitch Trophy meeting at Little Loveney Hall, Wakes Colne on Sunday.

The meeting also included a round of the Eastern Evo Championship.

There were a hat-trick of wins for East Midlands rider Josh Spinks in the Allcomers Group A, who took overall on the day, while second overall was Norwich Viking’s Luke Parker.

Four Halstead riders were in the top seven - Bradley Tomlin (third), Brendon Mayers, Jason Morland and Tommie Schofield (all Experts).

In Group B, the overall win went to John Bavin from Diss club, with Halstead’s Darcy Robarts, Mark Gardner, David Cox and Joe Marsh were in the top 10.

Paul Moore from Sidcup took the overall win in Group C from Halstead veteran Vince Pryke (second) while in the Evo Championship, Braintree’s Jordan Pasquale took the overall.

In the main race of the day, the winner of the Richard Fitch Trophy was Josh Spinks, who retained his 2015 title.

Morland, Schofield and Mayers took the next four places.
