Cornard Dynamos Under 11 Blues struck five times in the second-half to beat FC Clacton Reds 5-0 in their last away game of the season.

A frustrating first-half saw Cornard miss several chances to take the lead, after Lewis Bowen fired wide early on, while the Clacton goalkeeper made a string of fine saves to deny Ben Iannone, Jack Hurrell and Bowen.

Morgan Waldock opened the scoring after the restart, before goals from Hurrell, Harvey Clare and Angus Mills (two) rounded off an excellent performance by the Dynamos youngsters.

n Hadleigh United Under-12s finished their season in style with a 6-0 victory at Holbrook Hornets.

After Marcel Kiwomya’s last-minute goal grabbed an equaliser at Witnesham Wasps, Hadleigh visited Holbrook looking to end the campaign on a high.

Curtis Harvey struck four times to take his goal tally to 36 for the season, while Kiwomya bagged a brace to seal a convincing win.

n Cornard Dynamos Under-12s continued their run in the Open Cup with a 3-1 victory away against Stanway Villa Yellows.

Curtis Harvey scored twice for Cornard, with an own goal ensured they advanced through the fourth round of the competition.
