Hadleigh match off

HADLEIGH United’s Ridgeons League Premier Division fixture at FC Clacton has been called off due to an unfit pitch.

Heavy snow over Saturday night and freezing pitches in the hours preceding it has taken its toll with groundstaff at the Essex club making a decision with the league late on Monday.

Stuart Crawford’s side had not been in action at the weekend and now will not play until Saturday (February 11), weather permitting, when they host Ely City at the Millfield (3pm).
