AFC Sudbury face a 240-mile round trip to Hastings United in the FA Trophy second qualifying round on November 2.

Their reward for seeing off Crawley Down Gatwick in emphatic style in a 5-0 home win on Saturday is to take on the Ryman League Division One South side who were relegated from the Premier Division last season.

AFC will do battle with Hastings in East Sussex for a place in the third qualifying round and a prize fund of £3250 to the winners.

Meanwhile, Hadleigh United entering the FA Vase at the second round after reaching the quarter finals last season, will face a trip to Molten Spartan South Midlands Premier side Oxhey Jets.

Hadleigh beat the Hertfordshire side in last season’s competition, 2-0 in the third round at the Millfield last December.

This year’s tie will take place on November 16.
