CORNARD Dynamos hosted a successful disability tournament at the club’s Blackhouse Lane pitches last Saturday.
The event was part of the Suffolk Adult Disability League run by the Ipswich Town Charitable Trust.
Five surrounding Suffolk teams were involved, with a total of 10 sides playing on the day.
Cornard played seven games, winning three, drawing two and losing two, conceding only three goals throughout the tournament.
Dynamos’ coach Will Hunt said he was pleased with the way the team performed.
“It was a great day,” he said. “The pitches were good and there was some fantastic football on show.”
Cornard currently lie third in the league and they are next in tournament action at Lowestoft on April 28.
