AFC Sudbury - Yellows down a place after draw with league leaders

IT WAS a third successive 1-1 draw for Chris Tracey’s side on Saturday as they took a point off Potters Bar Town, a side who had been top of Ryman One North going into the game.

The visitors to The MEL Group Stadium took an early lead inside five minutes but Leon Antonie equalised on 38 minutes with his second goal of the season.

Towards the end of the game defender Bradley Thomas was sent off for a second bookable offence, with AFC still pushing for a winner but unable to find one.

The result means AFC are in 11th place, four points from the play-off positions.
