Despite the long journey and evening kick-off, Dynamos kept their title challenge alive and got off to a dream start with two early goals from striker Will Wingfield.

The home side rallied well and at times looked threatening, but they struggled to contain the Dynamos' attack. Man-of-the-match Luke Nicoll provided some good runs and crosses from the right wing as did Roberts on the left.

In the second half
Dynamos enjoyed the lion's share of possession and pressure and eventually increased their lead when an excellent ball in from Finch was well headed in by Chris Brewster.

Wingfield went on to complete his hat-trick with a superbly struck free kick from the edge of the box.

Dynamos travelled to a difficult away tie knowing a defeat would end their hopes of winning the A league title. This was a frustrating result, but those hopes are still alive.

They could have been two or three ahead before half-time, had it not been for the excellent form of the Heybridge keeper. Dynamos scored first, the keeper finally being beaten by Will Wingfield in the latter stages of the first half.

In the second half Dynamos had more of the play, but with few clear-cut chances, although man-of-the-match Mitch Baya was busy throughout and a constant threat to the Heybridge defence.

Heybridge equalised after a goalmouth scramble, but Dynamos were denied a goal when Wingfield's shot crossed the line but was cleared by a defender.

THIS Consolation Cup game started with pace, and early pressure from Addison resulted in a fine goal for Dynamos.

Both teams had chances in the first half, but excellent saves from Dynamos keeper Airey kept his team ahead.

The second half saw good end-to-end football, and minutes from the end Holland equalised. In the dying seconds a shot from Holland was cruelly deflected in to give the Essex team victory.

Dynamos, already clear winners of the Andrews Red league for the second year in a row, ended their season with a flourish.

Callum Smith scored a fine opening goal, which was soon followed by the first of Josh Palmer's two and a hat-trick from Tyler Beer.

Tyler Baker remained steady in goal for the first half and was unlucky not to score in the second.

After some positional changes for the second half, Sam Clark scored a cracking goal.

The last goal of the season was from defender Jack Martin-Halls who came up front for the final five minutes.

Dynamos started this top-of-the-table clash strongly and Chilli Wolf got the opener and it came when he found himself with time and space in the box to fire home.
