BRANTHAM, despite having Michael Brothers sent off following a second yellow card late in the first half, clinched victory courtesy of a goal by Patrick Brothers.
With Harry Licence making his first-team debut, Brantham were quickly in their stride, Patrick Brothers starting and finishing a tenth-minute move with a close-range shot.

Michael Brothers, booked after a heavy tackle, got his marching orders just before the break for comments when Brantham were denied a corner.

Brantham relied on breaks in the second half, with Kieran Lawler up front on his own.

Central defender Simon Head and keeper Nathan Munson made sure Swaffham were kept out.

Brantham: Munson; Dale, Spencer (Gibson 85), Horsfall, Head, P Brothers, Lawler, Licence, Bethell (Skeggs 46), M Brothers, Townes (French 78).
