Golf: Moul misses out on card

FINAL rounds of 76 and 77 dashed Jamie Moul's hopes of picking up a top PGA European Tour card.
Stoke-by-Nayland golfer Moul finished 73rd in the final qualifying school at Golf de Catalunya, with only the top 30 and ties winning cards.

The qualifiers were played over six rounds and, having made the cut after the fourth, Moul is guaranteed starts in the Challenge Tour.

Although he has done enough to secure his place on the Challenge Tour, there was a time in the fourth round, with three holes to play, when he was in the top 30.
