Cycling: Barbara takes bronze

Barbara Law from Cycle Club Sudbury, was in the GB team in the World Duathlon Championships at Rimini, Italy, taking individual and team bronze.
The event consisted of a 10km run, a 40km bike ride and a 5km run.

Barbara was competing in the Ladies 60-64 year-old category, in which there were 14 entries.

At the end of the second leg, she was up to fourth place, some 90 seconds behind a New Zealand competitor.

But Barbara managed to chase her opponent down in the final run, to finish over a minute ahead.
