IN reply to Mr Mortimer's remarks about Roys in last week's Free Press (April 10).
Roys is the best thing to happen to Sudbury for years.

They have groceries, household goods, electrical goods, stationery, clothing and gardening goods. What more do people want?

They also took the trouble to get me an item that was out of stock, from their other store, then phoned me to say it was in, and the item was only £2.99. That’s what I call service.

So Mr Mortimer, leave Roys alone.
