A SERIES of talks uncovering the history of Sudbury’s streets will be held at the town’s Quay Theatre.
The lectures, which are to be put on by Sudbury History Society in partnership with the theatre in Quay Lane, aim to provide people with an understanding of the origins of different streets and their heritage.
Each talk costs £7 or £30 for a series of five, with all the proceeds going to The Quay.
The first lecture takes place at 7.30pm on February 5 and sees Ballingdon, “The Transpontine Suburb” being discussed.
