Two men have been treated for neck and back injuries after a double-decker bus was involved in a crash in Sudbury.

The collision involving four other cars took place at around 10.10am this morning (Tuesday) in Newton Road.

A spokeswoman for Suffolk Police said the bus had collided with the rear of a car in front, which was shunted forward into other stationary vehicles.

An ambulance was called and paramedics treated the injured men.

The road was cleared by 10.45am.
