Hadleigh’s Christmas lights will be switched on this Sunday by one of TV’s most popular four-legged stars.
Shaun the Sheep is the event’s VIP, given the honour of switching on the town centre lights.
The evening starts at 3pm with a traditional fairground, a chance to meet Father Christmas, live musical entertainment and food stalls open until 6pm.
As well as Shaun the Sheep and Santa, the characters from Frozen will be popping along to say hello to their many fans, both young and old.
The lights will be switched on at 5.30pm.
Alongside the celebrations, Hadleigh will begin its run of late night shopping.
Shops will stay open until 6pm on Sunday and 8pm on Tuesday, December 8, and Tuesday, December 15.
More than 30 shops, salons, cafés and restaurants will be opening their doors until late on the dates.
