Two teenage girls with a love for acting have together raised more than £400 for charity after walking from Colchester to Sudbury.

Holly Moore, 18, and Lissy Campbell, 19, are both part of the Theatre Train drama school in Sudbury and decided to support the school’s chosen charity The Theodora Children’s Charity, walking the 15 miles from Lissy’s home town Colchester to Sudbury, where Holly lives.

The charity brings fun, laughter and music to children in hospitals through their ‘giggle doctors’.

The pair have so far raised £414.

Holly said the walk was easier than expected despite taking longer than the pair had anticipated.

Already they are planning their next charity challenge.
