A Sudbury nightclub’s appeal over a council’s decision to suspend its licence will be heard in September.

Easterns Station Lounge owner David Pratt had his licence suspended for two months in December by Babergh District Council.

The club was found to have sold alcohol to children in a joint undercover operation by Suffolk Police and Suffolk County Council trading standards.

Door staff claimed cast members from a reality television show had been encouraged to flash their genitals in November.

The appeal is scheduled to be heard on September 24 and 25.
