Pink tutus, leg warmers and T-shirts were out in force – and that was just the boys – as workers at Tesco in Sudbury lent their support to the Breast Cancer Campaign.

Staff donned pink clothing for the charity’s Wear-it-Pink day on Friday and raised a remarkable £800 at the Springlands Way store.

“It was overwhelming how many people gave donations,” said Mandy Theobald, a breast cancer survivor and staff member. “People were dropping in £5 and £10 notes.”
