An award winning well-being centre is opening its doors to the public to showcase the range of counselling and training services it offers.
The ExploringU well-being centre based in Station Road, Sudbury, is holding three open-days over the next three months.
The open days are being geared towards people looking to develop professional careers, looking for a career change or needing to improve personal well-being.
Those attending will be able to found out more the range of counselling services on offer, including individual counselling and psychotherapy, couples therapy, working with children, bereavement therapy and acquired brain injury therapy.
People who may be looking for a career change will be able to hear about courses available from the centre, including introduction to counselling skills, two day intense acquired brain injury training, introduction to couples counselling and confidence and self esteem groups.
Attendees will also be able to meet the centre’s experienced team members including ExploringU founder and leading psychotherapist Glenda Roberts.
She said: “We have helped many local people to improve their well-being, setting them on a path to a career in the counselling sector through our treatment and training services.
“We have decided to run a series of open days to give people the opportunity to visit our location, meet the tutors and explore the opportunities and services we provide.”
The open days are tomorrow from 10am-2pm, August 22, from 10am-7pm and September 2, from 10-2pm.
All events will run from the ExploringU centre for well-being at the Old Press Rooms, 54 Station Road, Sudbury. There is no need to pre-book.
