A lady who helped a fellow Sudbury shopper in need has been thanked with a bunch of flowers.
Madison Dodds was standing at the customer service desk at Sudbury Tesco when she noticed an elderly gentleman trying to pay for his goods. After three failed attempts to pay Mrs Dodds stepped forward and settled the bill for him.
After being tracked down by the stores community champion Mel Edwards, she was invited in to store so staff could say thank you. Mrs Edwards said: “It was just a really heartwarming story”.
