A teenager was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries after a serious car accident in Sudbury last night.
Emergency services were called to Springlands Way at 11.40pm following reports of a single-vehicle collision.
The driver of a Vauxhall Astra, a man in his late teens, was taken to Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge after sustaining life-threatening injuries. His condition is described as critical but stable.
Police are keen to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time and either saw the car travelling along the road prior to or when the collision occurred.
