A Sudbury man charged with five sexual offences against young girls has appeared in court.
Jake Ellis, 27, of Newmans Road, is accused of two counts of sexual assault against a girl aged 12.
He is also alleged to have engaged in non-penetrative sexual activity with a girl aged between 13 and 15 on three occasions.
At Bury St Edmunds Magistrates’ Court last Tuesday, Ellis entered no plea to the charges, said to have taken place in Long Melford.
He is due to attend Ipswich Crown Court on May 1.
