Pupils’ Lego guy to top Big Night Out fire

Children at Long Melford Primary School have made Guy Fawkes models for the annual competition to choose a Guy for the Big Night Out bonfire.

Long Melford Primary School’s annual Guy Fawkes competition attracted some superb entries from pupils last week.

Andrew Haggar, administrator for the village’s Big Night Out on Friday, November 2, visited the school and awarded the first prize of a book voucher and certificate to Theo and Savannah Tanswell for their Lego-style, six-foot Guy Fawkes.
