The owners of one of Sudbury’s newest businesses say they are ready to kick on from a positive start.

Jimmy P’s opened in Gainsborough Street just before Christmas. It is run by Paul Long and Jimmy Parish and sells a range of sandwiches, hot meals and drinks.

“We have had some positive feedback and a number of returning customers,” said Mr Long, from Earls Colne.

“We know there is a lot of competition around the town, but I think that is a good thing. Our aim is to give customers something different.”

The cafe was previously Jack Spratt, which closed in February last year.
