Motorcycle stunt draws big crowds

Waiting for Video...

BIG crowds turned out to see the famous stunt The Wall of Death at Boxford’s White Hart pub over the weekend.

The daredevil motorcycle display – which involves riders hurtling around a circular wooden wall – brought excitement to the village with shows on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

The famous stunt has a link to Boxford, with Tornado Smith the first person to perform the ride in the pub grounds more than 80 years ago.

The last time it came to Boxford was more than four years ago when it attracted 3,000 people.
