A CHARITY football match featuring celebrities and ex-professionals will take place in Clare this weekend.

Clare Town will be taking on UK 3 Lions at their ground in Cavendish Road on Saturday.

The Lions, who were formed in 2007, are expected to feature former Ipswich Town defender Fabian Wilnis among their line-up.

Money raised from the game will go to a variety of charities.

Entry to the match, which kicks-off at 3pm, is free.
