A Nayland man who carried out an attack outside his home has been ordered to complete 100 hours of unpaid work.

Daniel Minns, from Wiston Road, appeared at Bury St Edmunds Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday charged with assaulting Adam Atwill.

The 39-year-old pleaded guilty to the offence, which took place on October 24. He also admitted using threatening words.
