The rich heritage of Sudbury is to be celebrated during a two-week exhibition.
This Saturday to mark Civic Day the Sudbury Society is inviting residents to the town library in order to discover which buildings in the area are locally listed and whether they live in one.
“Locally listed buildings are different to nationally listed and most are domestic buildings,” said Stephen Thorpe, from the society.
“Some of these buildings are still in their original state, but lots have been damaged, mainly by replacement windows and we want to raise awareness of them and show our fantastic rich heritage.”
Buildings featured in the exhibition, running until July 5, include Walnuttree Hospital and properties on The Croft.
