A teenager who drove at twice the legal drink-drive limit has been banned for 20 months.

Forrest Francis, 19, from Bells Lane, Glemsford, was also fined £200 by magistrates after pleading guilty to driving with 72 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The limit is 35mcg.
