The number of reported crimes in Sudbury fell in January.

Police figures show there were 29 fewer crimes last month – a fall of six per cent – compared to the same period in 2013. Sergeant Steve Tully, from Sudbury Police, told a town council meeting that officers are targeting shop thefts.
