Entries to take part in this year’s Sudbury Fun Run have now sold out, although those wishing to walk the route can still sign up.
More than 500 people will be competing in the annual five-mile run around the town and Great Cornard on April 18.
The race which gets under way at the entrance to the Kingfisher Leisure Centre in Station Road, will see funds split between the Marion Blower Appeal, The Bridge Project and the East Anglian Air Ambulance.
Race secretary Lisa Dalton said entries for the annual run had been opened on January 12 and were sold out earlier this month.
“All the running places have gone but entry for the walk has been a bit slow and we only have 80 so far,” she said.
“Places for the walk are unlimited, so we would like a few more.”
Entry to the walk, for which there is no age limit, is £6.
