An inquest has been opened into the death of a man from Newton.
The body of Mushey Street, 26, was found on Prospect Hill, Great Cornard, on October 29.
On Monday, assistant Suffolk coroner Dr Dan Sharpstone formally opened an inquest into his death.
The hearing in Bury St Edmunds heard that a post-mortem examination conducted by a pathologist found that Mr Street, of Lilly Fields, died as a result of hanging.
Dr Sharpstone adjourned the inquest to allow further inquiries to be completed.
