Have your say

Students queued in the rain apprehensively to get their GCSE results today at schools across the area.

But the wait was soon over – and there were smiles from many and, in some cases, whoops of delight and hugs from friends before the 16-year-olds were on their mobile phones to tell friends and family what they had got.
