A Sudbury recruitment firm has doubled in size, making it one of the town’s largest employers.

Just Recruitment, which has been based in Sudbury for 25 years, has moved to a new premises in Churchfield Road to accommodate the expansion.

Director Emma Kershaw said the company, which began 31 years ago, has become well-established in the area.

“I think the move is really exciting for the town,” she said.

The move comes after three new consultants joined, allowing for the creation of two separate divisions for permanent and temporary contracts.

“It means we can service our clients far better,” said Emma.

The business used to be based in King Street until the expansion forced the company to look at alternative sites.

Emma said the move had already been positive for business.

“We have come out of the town, which some might say is a brave move,” she said.

“But we have already secured business just from being up here.”

The company specialises in placing people into temporary and permanent contracts in a range of different industries.

On average, Just Recruitment places 15 people a month into permanent jobs and around 350 people a week into temporary positions.
