Green-fingered volunteers are needed to help nurture seeds to plants to improve the appearance of a Sudbury roundabout.

Sudbury in Bloom has joined forces with Long Melford Parish Council with a plan to plant wildflowers on the Melford Road roundabout.

Volunteers are being asked to grow seeds to plug size, ready to plant next spring.

Poppy, cornflower and ox-eye daisy seeds can be collected from Sudbury Town Hall or by contacting John Nunn, from Long Melford, on 01787 313496.
