All Saints Middle School in Sudbury is calling for people to come forward with memories and photgraphs to help mark the school’s closing this summer.
The school in Acton Lane will shut its doors for the final time in July after 41 years as part of Suffolk County Council’s shift from a three-tier to a two-tier education system.
Headteacher Karen Harman said: “We want anything that people have that they are willing to share with us – mementos, photos, anything for a mini–museum.”
The school will hold an open day on July 6 with displays and a visitors book for people to share their memories of the school.
Schoolchildren will also be performing the school’s last carol service at All Saints Church in Church Road, Sudbury, from 11am on December 19.
