Friends who organise annual dances, featuring music from the 1960s, had reason to dance for joy after raising £3,182 for the East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (Each).

More than 200 people attended the December 8 dance – the second year such an event has been held – at the Delphi Centre, raising money for Each, which is also the chosen charity of the year for Sudbury mayor Jack Owen. Last year, they raised cash for Help the Heroes.
