Man, 25, fined for having cocaine

A Sudbury man was fined £335 on Tuesday for possessing cocaine.

Benjamin Chinnery, 25, of Hőxter Way, pleaded guilty at Bury St Edmunds Magistrates’ Court to having a third of a gram of the class A drug in Haughley on April 7.

He was also ordered to pay £85 costs as well as a £33 victim surcharge.
