A man has denied involvement in a series of house burglaries in the Long Melford area.

Paddy Loveridge, 19, appeared at Ipswich Crown Court on Friday when he pleaded not guilty to being involved in a series of burglaries between September 15 and September 22 last year together with two other people.

Loveridge, of Ridgewell caravan site, also pleaded not guilty to the theft of a Vauxhall Astra between September 14 and September 17 last year.

Judge Rupert Overbury told Loveridge that he would continue to be granted bail until his next court appearance. No date has yet been set for his trial.
