AN operation to uncover shops selling alcohol to the under age saw all the traders targeted pass the checks.
Police officers and Trading Standards carried out alcohol and tobacco tests on 11 off-licences and pubs in Sudbury and Great Cornard last Friday.
Of the premises checked, all refused to serve underage volunteers.
Pc Jon Gerrish, from Sudbury and Great Cornard Safer Neighbourhood Team, said: “It is excellent that we had 100 per cent success in this operation.
“We regularly conduct these joint operations and deal robustly with any premises that sell alcohol to underage individuals.”
