Town vandalism Three cars targeted in SUDBURY VANDALISM: Attacks were carried out last weekend.

A Sudbury woman, who had her car wing mirror damaged at the weekend, has urged the culprits to think of the effects of their actions.

Anne Mauldon, of Acton Square, found the wing mirror of her Toyota Yaris hanging off on Sunday morning. The repair is expected to cost £120. She said: “I just think it was mindless. There is the nusiance factor as well as the cost but to the people doing it, it is just a bit of fun. Have they got nothing better to do in their lives?”

A car bonnet was scratched in Acton Lane and a windscreen wiper was damaged in Market Hill Mews between Saturday evening and Sunday morning. Sudbury police are not linking the crimes but have urged anyone with information to call them on 101.
