Man to stand trial on assault charge

A Great Cornard man will stand trial for an alleged attack on a woman.

Wayne Hudgell, from Butt Road, denies carrying out the assault on January 5. The 40-year-old will stand trial at Bury St Edmunds Magistrates’ Court on April 23.
