Man in court over crash

A SUDBURY man will stand trial in connection with a car crash in Bury St Edmunds last year.

Thomas Hart, 23, of Cavendish Way, appeared at Bury St Edmunds Magistrates’ Court on Friday after he allegedly failed to stop at a junction and collided with a Peugeot 207 on July 17 last year.

Hart, who denies the offence, will return to Bury St Edmunds Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday before his trial on August 14.
