SUDBURY’S Superdrug store has launched an appeal for Christmas gifts for children.
The chain has joined forces with the Salvation Army to collect gifts for youngsters at its stores.
The shop in North Street in Sudbury is now taking donations of gifts for children and is offering guidelines according to age:
l 0-3 years – soft toys, educational toys, clothing, bath toys.
l 3-5 years – toys, dolls, cars, jigsaws, pencils, crayons, books.
l 5-9 years – DVDs, jigsaws, colouring books and pens, educational games, toys.
l 9-12 years – clothes such as T-shirts, hair accessories, gloves, stationery, DVDs.
l 13-17 years – CDs, DVDs, books, toiletries, gloves, hats, scarves.
Anyone wanting to donate should take their new (not second-hand) unwrapped gifts to the store by December 16.
