Four centuries combined as Kentwell Hall in Long Melford took a look through the ages.

A medieval village, Tudor events,a Victorian household and a Second World War camp were all set up at the hall over the weekend.

Among the attractions were cooks in the wartime kitchen, with the Home Guard and Army outside under canvas and WVS women carrying out their duties.

There was also a Victorian Garden Fete taking place, Tudor crafts being made in the Moat House and peasants busy farming.
